I believe Pilates is more than just exercise - it's a way to connect body, breath and mind so that you feel strengthened from the inside out.

With a background in Dance, my classes are inspired by rhythm, flow and creativity. My sessions aim to help you develop body awareness, better posture and all round strength and stability.
